Bimatoprost Eyelash Serum

Bimatoprost eyelash serum is a prescription medication that makes your eyelashes longer, thicker and darker. It is a prostaglandin analog and works by increasing the natural flow of liquid out of your eye and into the bloodstream, lowering pressure within your eye. It was first used as a glaucoma treatment drug under the brand name Lumigan, and many patients found that it made their eyelashes grow longer and more lush. It was later developed for cosmetic use as Latisse.

This medication is applied to the skin on the upper eyelids once a day in the evening. It should not be applied to the lower eyelids or to any other areas of the skin. Before applying this medication, make sure your hands are clean and that any makeup is removed. It is important to use this medication exactly as prescribed by your doctor. Using this medication more often or for longer than directed will not increase the results and may cause eye irritation.

It can take up to 16 weeks before you see the full effect of this medication. It is recommended to apply it consistently to get the best results. This medication is safe to use during pregnancy. However, there is little information available about its safety during breastfeeding.

Do not reuse the applicators that come with this medication. Also, do not touch your eyes with the tip of the medication bottle. You should not apply this medication to broken or irritated skin. bimatoprost eyelash serum
